Facilities – ACCUSPIRALS

Our Manufacturing set up is spread out in an area of 25000 sq feet, with an additional office area of about 3000 sq feet.

Here, we house machines from world-renowned companies like Klingelnberg, Liebherr, Pfauter, Carl Mahr, Zeiss, TOS, WMW to name a few. Our manufacturing range includes Spiral Bevel gears (Palloid, Cyclo Palloid geometry & Gleason system), Straight bevel gears (Gleason System, Reciprocating Cutters & Coniflex system), Ground Spur, Helical gears, Ground worm shafts & worm wheels, Sprockets, Racks and Timer Pulleys.

To ensure that the growing demands (read volume) of the market and our customers are met successfully, we have all the manufacturing processes in-house. Starting from Raw material cutting, CNC machining, Hobbing to final grinding – we have all machining facilities. We only outsource our heat treatment process to reliable sub-contractors.
To maintain consistent quality, we ensure verification of all incoming materials, prior to manufacturing and adhere strictly to the process control plans.

We are continuously upgrading our facilities to ensure that we are able to meet the latest demands of our customers and also widen our clientele base. We already house – CNC gear hobbing, CNC Spiral Bevel Cutting, CNC Worm grinding and CNC Gear tooth Grinding.
